Early access terms — draft
ALIVE is an early access alpha. Manage and Spend are available alpha capabilities; Protect is coming next and Move is planned. Features and availability may change. Do not rely on ALIVE as the sole source for server health, provider billing, renewals, incident response, backup, or recovery.
ALIVE's Linux agent reports inventory and heartbeat only. It does not provide remote shell or arbitrary command execution. Provider-side changes, backup, restore, migration, replication, and high availability are not available. Cost information is based on user-entered data and may be incomplete.
The current v0.1 product does not process payments. The development service uses a single VPS failure domain and does not have off-host backup and restore. The operator identity, contact details, retention, deletion, governing law, and other binding terms must be completed and reviewed before external pilot use.
